How Is This Course Delivered?
Each day you will receive a short instructional video and a daily download with further resources, tips and tricks. You will learn both the theory and practice of breathing and stress, and the good and bad impact they have on your body. All learning can be done at home and at your own pace. You will have access to the program for 12 months from signup, allowing time to refresh and reinforce the techniques.
Breathing dysfunction is linked to conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), panic disorder, neuromuscular disease, and respiratory disorder. Even though there may be an underlying reason for your altered breathing, addressing the altered breathing will help manage the secondary symptoms. If you have any of these conditions, we recommend you consult your doctor before and during the program. Having an underlying breathing condition does not exclude you from benefiting from the foundation breathing training course.
